• We start with our home designer, Deb Tillman assisting you in selecting a home plan from our library and making adjustments to suit your personal needs, or the process can begin from scratch with Deb designing an original home to your specifications, style, and budget.
• Wes Eagles will then estimate the cost to build your home and work with you on adjustments to build the home you want in the budget of your needs.
• Our design coordinator, Catherine Eagles can then guide you through the process of selecting your interior and exterior specifications to make sure your home has your very own style and taste.
• Scott Riggs will be with you every step of the way in building your home to make sure every detail is built with quality and care.

In the end EPI is there to ensure that your home is completed in a timely manner with attention to all of the necessary details.  All touch up work and repairs will be attended to promptly, and with the attention and care needed to have your home be the best that it can be.
