Scott Riggs

Scott Riggs, EPI’s Construction Manager, has worked in the construction business for over 27 years. He has built homes ranging from 1,000 feet to 10,000 square feet as a licensed contractor for 5 years.

Scott is experienced in all styles of homes including traditional, craftsmen, historical, coastal, and contemporary. He has built over 300 homes, and framed over 1,000 homes from the Outer Banks to Charlotte.

One of his priorities is maintaining a clean, organized worksite. Scott brings his extensive knowledge and experience to each of his construction projects, paying attention to every detail.

He is ready and willing to assist his customers with all of their construction needs from the smallest renovation or addition to building your dream home from start to finish.  Scott lives in Goldsboro with his wife Teresa and four children.
