Frankie Sutton

Frankie Sutton, EPI’s Premiere Appraiser, has been in the appraising business for more than 11 years. He appraises residential and historic homes, investment property, and vacant land.

Frankie services Wayne, Lenior and surrounding counties with professional, friendly service, competitive rates, and a quick turn around.  He was born and raised in Goldsboro where he still lives today, with his wife, Holly, and their son, Franklin.
