Deb Tillman

Deb Tillman, EPI’s Premiere Planner & Designer, has been designing residential homes in Wayne, Lenior and surrounding counties for over 19 years.  She graduated from East Carolina University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design.  Her certifications include AIBD and Kitchen and Bath Specialist.

She began her career as a designer working with a builder in Greenville for several years.  She advanced to Raleigh and worked at a home design company for 8 years, where many of her home designs were honored as Gold Metal Designs in the Raleigh Parade of Homes.

Since that time, Deb has been a self-employed designer, working in Goldsboro with builders and individual clients.  She has designed homes of all styles, from contemporary to historically inspirational.  She is also experienced in home addition designs that offer a cohesiveness with the existing home, as well as renovation designs.

Deb’s designs include floor plans, lighting plans, roof and foundation plans, elevations, and site plans.  She can create your entire home design from your dreams and inspirations.  Deb lives in Goldsboro with her husband, Joey, their son Ty, and  their two dogs.
